Google Page Rank Update

    Hi guys, :)

    I don't know if this is the right forum for my post but I've just experienced a google page rank update for my blogs, one was 1 and now its pr2.
    and the blog in my signiture was 2 and now its 3

    so anyone got this update for their sites?

    Hi,
    Google update page ranks after a cycle that cycle is between 15 days to 3 months.You willl check always the page rank of your site changes on every update depends upon how much you had did seo for your site.

    Latest PR Export by Google was on 30/10/2009 so maybe you've just never noticed :)
    However, Focus more on your website ranking in the SERP's than PR.

    I really cant understand why ppl is focusing more on pr then serps ? is there any solid reason other than which we heard alot..

    For those building sites mainly for selling/trading links PR is as always important. No one buys links from a PR0 website..

    That should be good enough reason, but for many the ole "you can lead a horse to water but can't make him drink" rule applies. Regardless, the information comes from the horses mouth since I'm on the horse theme. :)
