Nope. I couldn't find their Phone No. there. I have posted a dozens of emails and support tickets but they do not answer for two days now. That's why i want to call them via phone. Thanks!
Nope i checked out the whois lookups as well. Only admin and tech contact can be found with that. Any other ideas? Thanks!
Try to create your profile and put your skills in odesk . com. They can provide you a good job and you can apply online.
I have contacted the admin but i was told that they cannot give any info about the company. oDesk is not an option for me. They are good freelancer service but in this situation i just need to find a way to get my captured money back. After that i am going to use another payment method. If they cannot give any information about the company than thats a red flag right there. It my be a bigger problem.
They probably do not have a contact number for a reason: They don't want people calling. Just send it a ticket request for whatever your issue is, and if it's something they feel would be easier to fix over the phone they'll disclose their phone # to you.
but buddy why you want to call them I mean whats the reall Issue I have been using GAF for almost 2 years and there supports team always replies back in time
holded money! Please refer to the previous posts. However it is unacceptable that one company doesn't have a LIVE support. Obviously GAF is not having that!
Many internet companies don't have live support. Some have Sales support that is live but I can only think of a couple that offer live tech support and 9 times out of 10, they tell you to send in an email to the help desk anyway. Without seeing the emails or support tickets in question, I do hope you were polite when you sent them in. Considering you;ve stated that you've sent in many, I have a feeling that you may have come off rude. Why don;t you take a breath, calm down and send in a polite request asking for follow up?
I got your point hey holded your money but why is so.... I mean my account for about 6 or 7 times got suspended and its always back in few hours only once it took 3 days if your account is not suspended and you are having problems in getting money out............I may have a solution as this happened to a friend of mine and the method did really worked
I am afraid you do not understand the business ethics. Holding someone's money cannot be based on kindness or rudeness. Especially if we talk about big money like several thousands. You can suspend my account but you must refund my money. You cannot steal from me if i told you idiot or whatever else. Of course i didn't say that but i am just trying to explain.
