We use clicksor / bidvertiser etc on a forum 500/700 daily uniques around 160k hits a month

My private website (adsense only ads) around 50k hits a month earning around 150% more, you do the math ;D

    Adsense serves CPM ads?

Is there a way to choose only CPM ads or only CPC ads? That would really be good...

You can decide whether PPC is best suited for your website or CPM programs. Usually websites with millions of page views everyday are quite relaxed with CPM banner impressions but for other websites with targetted traffic, CPC world great.

    O. So when an advertiser clicks "Advertise Here" at the bottom of the adsense, then they can use CPM ads? But there's no way to specify in options or anything which ones you want to show?

No, as a publisher you have no control over it. Unless you are a Big huge site...by default all cpc and cpm ads are shown on your site...it's in the advertiser's hands.
