i am hosting a tech blog (no illegal content) & one warez site on same server! is it against TOS of adsense to upload a site on the same server that alrdy have some warez or any other illegal site? :| both site have different domain names but are hosted on the same server! someone told me that adsense will crawl your all server files.. & ban you! help me )=
There is a might 50-50 chance of getting ban - but since you have different domains for both the things - i dont seem there is an issue with adsense - but to be on safer side is always good - so if you can host on different servers it will be good... i think and not a risk. hope it helps...
I don't think you will have any problems with Adsense or get banned. Who cares what other sites are there on the same server? We cannot pay for dedicated servers only because of adsense, right? As long as your own site comply the Adsense TOS it should be OK.
No. There is no chance for you to get banned. But watch out for the host itself, it may not allow you to host warez on it.

This is not true. Your neighboring sites on same server does not affect your AdSense account. Each and every domain is treated differently with no relation to any other site on any server.
Your domain will not ban by google adsense, but it is possible the ip address of your hosting server will be ban.
No problems. Don't worry. Although on same server but if don't post warez link on your tech blog, you won't be banned
You'd better check it with Adsense support. Because once they ban you, you will never get your acc.back.
