You have to earn a back link from these websites. And moreover these are High Quality Blogs. The more difficult to earn backlink, many less people will get it. So, if you are able to break this, you earn a quality link from authoritative websites. You can not leave comments like "Thank you", "nice posts" etc., You have to add value to the discussion.
