James....You can't have a ONE page site anymore... because you are REQUIRED to have a policies page. There is nothing wrong with having only ONE page of content, and your privacy policies page. Sorry bud, you are dead wrong.
dont know if it was said here but I have realized that one page sites always have a bounce rate of 100% no matter how long a visitor stays on the site. how do I know this? simple. I visited my own site, stayed there about 5 minutes and looked at the stats. I confirmed that this visitor was me by checking the location. and guess what google analytics showed me? 100% bounce rate! I think the bounce rate is always 100% if a visitor comes to your site and leaves it from there even if he stays there 1 hour. if he goes to other pages of your site then the bounce rate drops
Yes I know that, I entered the thread because you said... Which is wrong. As long as the content is "information-rich" there is no problem... Sometimes the line between "information rich" and "MFA", becomes blurry. Avoid stepping over it. Also try to... # Avoid hidden text or hidden links. # Avoid “doorway†pages created just for search engines, or other “cookie cutter†approaches such as affiliate programs with little or no original content. Policies are sometimes updated, It may pay to revisit them from time to time to make sure things haven't changed. Cheers James
Every year google policies keep changing...The best is to read their TOS at their website for a better understanding and better accuracy.
sweetlove80, that's a nice cat on a pic! WunschShrek, does Google measure for how long the visitor was on your web site before he clicked google ad?
Not true because I have a one page site and my bounce rate is at 86%. It was at above 90% until I embedded a video clip.
WunschShrek, or anyone esle.. Is it better to have LLC set up for working with affiliates like Google, CLickBank etc?
