Affiliate earnings: $394.77 USD already paid to me, $98.67 USD pending (once it reaches $100- they send you a cheque) and a few $ in adsense earnings.



Traffic: 20-30 uniques daily *ranks on the first page of Google*, this site converts very well if you could increase traffic you can earn a lot more.

Reason for sale: Looking to fund another project, somewhat of a regrettable sale as it does send out frequent cheques.

Payment methods accepted: Western Union, direct funds transfer, escrow if need be (but shouldn't be need) i use many webmaster forums and can put you in contact with a good 20+ people who can/will vouch for me..

I don't know why people stress on Western Union.. i have sold 20+ sites using this service.. i provide my full details.. your pay online.. i need to provide full photo ID to pick up the money... I have lost many sites from under my feet using PayPal and will not accept PP as an option (my PP account was turned off as i requested ! so please do not ask if i accept PP)

 

Well i can tell you why, it's because using western union leaves the buyer absolutely no safety at all, I send money to you and its gone. If you lie about the site then I have no recourse. Not that I think you would but this is the internet I don't know you.

The fact i need to give you my full details makes it very easy for you to contact me & also western union should a complaint ever come about.. i understand where your coming from however, I do have many people you can talk to that will vouch for me, i am an honest webmaster.

 

Im interested but got scammed by western union and will never ever ever consider it.

Yes i can accept escrow, however it shouldn't be needed for this sale as i am only asking $300.00 USD as a BIN, which is less than my site has earned this year. Western Union would be so much quicker but if need be escrow is an option.

Maybe I'm just blind but I didn't notice any mention of how long it took the site to make this first $450? I.e. what's your actual monthly revenue (how much did it make in October, for instance)

The website is about 3 months old, originally i had a blogspot site but after i realized how much interest / sales were converting i setup up a proper website "Console-Mod.com" the blogspot was about 9 months old, i have setup a redirect from the blogspot to the site as i marketed the blogspot quite heavily on many tube sites & console forums ps, wii, xbox forums for "mod my console" the redirect will stay in place, and or if it is possible to transfer a blogspot site that will be given to the new owner.

2008-08-22 was the first sale, so all up it has $450+ in just over a year (i have left it for dead in recent months, so with some new promotion link work sales would pick up) this is a good investment opportunity !! the new owner will easily make their money back within 12 months leaving the site as it is, with link work / promotion it's good real potential, i have been busy with other projects and as i mentioned before have not done a thing in recent months.
