Pakistan is a victim of terrorism because their governments, up until now, has done absolutely nothing to curb the Islamic extremism basically emanating from and taking over the country. You honestly believe that India is behind the constant suicide bombings in your beautiful peaceful Islamic country? That's right, always blame someone else, it couldn't possibly be Muslims.. Actually jihad is not that if someone kill a Muslim in Germany that all Muslims will go to Germany to kill germans Jihad is the used to adopt in war condition, When army Islamic army unable to fight alone due to many reason (scarce resources or soldiers) then if the leader declare the Jihad. All Muslims of such country can participate in Jihad by joining their army . No one can do Jihad individually or by joining specific group. Only Jihad can be perform when it is declared by some leader of the nation. And it is declared within extreme condition where no way is left for survival. If you go through Islamic wars history .. At War called "Qazwa Badar" there were 1000 Non Muslims against Muslims in war & Muslims where very low in numbers. Then Prophet Muhammad (SAW) Declared Jihad. And then many Muslims joined it with their militants. And they all were only 313. And they won. Islam gives option to Muslims to take revenge but Islam also say & prioritize it at revenge, if you dont revenge & forgive your enemies that will be better for you & for them, So that it is nearly possible that they may come to right path by the blessing of Allah & your kind behavior. Like at the time of Conquering of Makkah (Fatah Makkah) Prophet Muhammad Declared forgiveness for all Enemies, even though they were in huge power. After that event many of them converted into Muslims.
