How to get more traffic with social networking?

Can any body suggest me, how to get more traffic with social networking and social bookmarking? Please help me about this asap.

Then after every post you made, you could continue doing this. So the last step is the CONTENT. This is the most important. Try to add new content at least once a day or two. This is the key.
