    i dont think your way will work because its just a fowarder and no anchor text. idn. I checked the bank links on click4beds and no gov links are showing

    It will show up because you built backlinks to it - but it won't pass any PR from the .gov site because the link is an orphan link. The title of the post is misleading because it is a PR0 link, not PR8 - even the main search page has no PR.

    It won't give you any PR juice, but since GOV domains have some kind of automatic priority with Google, it still might count for something.
