Underage Drinking

    Hi all,

Well last night I attended a mates 16th birthday party. All was sweet and well until a couple of morons (both 15yrs old) rock up at the party, so drunk that they were hardly being able to keep their eyes open. For whatever reason they were let inside, where Moron A passed out. Moron B continued to vomit all over himself before finally deciding to sleep on the floor.

We called their parents to come pick them up. One of the mothers decided that it was our fault they were so drunk (even though they were at a park drinking as much as humanly possible before coming to the party), so she screamed at everyone. In the midst of all this, the birthday girl had locked herself in the bathroom crying her eyes out.

It certainly set the mood for the party. What was going to be a great night was ruined by a couple of idiots that I once considered great friends. You really can't be that inconsiderate to come to a party so drunk that you're hardly able to breathe.

    Thoughts?

One should only drink to their limits, but they are 15 yrs old, everything is "kewl" for them.

    Well they suck.

    Some mistakes they made:
    a) getting too wasted to function
    b) going to a sweet 16 when that wasted

This has nothing to do with underage drinking really. If anyone is at an event and drunk friends show up and mess everything up, it sucks, whether they were under or over 21.

I feel sorry for the birthday girl. That was kind of me on my 18th birthday...the legal age is 18 in Alberta so you can drink once you turn 18..I didn't want to drink or anything..(I don't drink :p) Anyhow my moronic bf (now ex) decided it'd be cool to drink and fool around so they did. And there were a few 17 yr olds and so on there....they threw up...passed out...and created a mess..

Now guess who had to answer mom, who had to clean up....

It's really annoying when stupid people take charge of anything...Idiots..Sorry for venting but..yeah honestly you learn how stupid /idiotic your friends are when you turn 18...especially prom season..(I'm not kidding..)

Why bother calling their parents? Just let them pass out for the night ;)

Well...alcohol burns your brain. So basically when you drink alcohol, you may be sure that you have a little piece of brain left and you're not ruining anyone's day. Getting drunk when you're under-aged is one of the coolest things of life, and is an experience that everyone must have (when you get to the 20's you realize how dumb you were, of course). But not doing it ruining everyone's day. i don't know what those guys were thinking (if they were able to do so) but it's a real shame.

i could insert a similar story here, but i have to work :p

no doubt. I'm surprised mom didn't call the cops.

if anything you drive moron a/b over to their house and leave them on the porch...ring the doorbell and bolt ;)

I'm 13 and I drink a bit with my mates too .. but if you can't control your drink you shouldn't drink.

I'm saving that experience for my old age when I can claim it's medicinal. If the police don't buy that excuse I'll just wet myself and cry until they take pity.

See, I've got all the bases covered :)

    Hahaha!

Crack and booze, man. I wonder how Bluefox feels about illegal drug use? You know, if everyone should experience that at least once in their lives :p
