~ The oldest religion is the Edenist church - expulsion from the Garden of Eden and the commandment from God that man must re-enter the Garden for redemption - to continue the search for immortality or any other desire.

~ The Christian Bibles disregard for the original religion is its downfall along with its ridiculous concoction of Jesus Christ the Savior.

~ The true Bible is the Garden we are given to live in and its interpretation, in seeking our redemption.

    Bullocks.

The first religions worshiped the sun, before that Garden of Eden story was ever made up.

I agree with that.. and that's if you could even call them 'religions'. The indigenous natives and ancients worshipped the Sun, but as a collective and spiritual faith. Not so much as an order. Thus, it is fair to say that religion originated from these esoteric beliefs.

~ The Cosmos is part of the Garden.

~ For those who recognize the Christian Bible, what it says is we are placed here from the Garden of Eden so there can be no earlier religion than that brought by the initial 'astronauts' A & E. Of course all other thoughts originated from that beginning.

I love it when someone posts some complete nonsense and then it sort of turns into a rational discussion.

But, I think Jackuul hit it on the head, the first religions were based around the sun. Which makes sense really, the sun is the bringer of all life on this planet (in actual scientific fact.) I would say, actually, that sun based religions make far more sense than the mythological religions that have come since.

It's Time that we come heme, to our ancient being, to our ancient knowing. Zacciah's work has evolved greater and greatest access to this body of star.

I'd rather stay here than to know an ancient time.

    You fail.

    Heme?

    Zacciah?

Zacharia Sitchin is a man diluted by his own unwillingness to accept that his translations of ancient texts were wrong. He's also in his late 80s...

...our ancient knowledge was rediscovered over and over until we developed the technology to actually save it so that we could build upon it (writing, recording, computers, etc). From the past we can learn how to not repeat mistakes.

I welcome 2012. We will have had an election.

I hope a bunch of people kill themselves and shock the world though, shock it into never believing doomsday bullshit hype ever again.

Zacharia Sitchin has 50 years of experience translating ancient Sumariean, you think 50 years of work is all wrong?

Yes, because everyone else who has translated it has done it differently and wondered why he did what he did.
