    Just search a web proxy hosting, installing the script and theme no coding or design needed, and advertise on proxy list. That's it

    Proxy site give me good pay on the first i start Adsense. But it will also hurt your CPU usage. If you put the site on shared hosting server, your site might easily get noticed by the server admin.

    Mate, I don't know who has been telling you this, but earning that much money doesn't happen like that. First of all you'll need A LOT OF knowledge and patience.
