I was banned from warrior for using my sig. That was what lead me into finding FD but i want to join other good one so that i can build my links faster.

Warriorforum is an awesome forum. Apart from that, there are several of them -- Namepros, webmaster talk, webtalkforums, digitalpoint etc to name a few. Most of them don't get that much of an activity tho.
im suprised only one person said this lol DP is like a god of forums, but if you want to join more and want them all highly ranked etc, i have to direct you to the god of all sites... Google =)
What is wrong with your signature?Maybe you should communicate this issue with their forum administrator. v7n is pretty good and you can have a try there.
Join v7n , sitepoint , webmasterforums , talkfreelance , htmlforums , webmasterworld . These are good forums to work on and DP ofcourse
You should not spam in forums.If we are spamming means then all forums will remove the links in signature.
