You have got to get indexed in search engines and listed in directories (which bring little traffic) before you can expect traffic. Just think how many web pages there are online. How do you expect users to find yours. Read zillions of posts here and get some ideas how to build traffic. Welcome to DP.
You need to let all the search engines find your site before you get any visitors. You can help this process by posting links to your site in forums or anywhere really. Is it your first site?
hey runastun564, you've got to lower your expectation there a little... how much traffic do you have? i believe a 1-3% conversion rate is about average... so if you have 100 unique visitors, you can expect (on average) 1-3 clicks... no traffic, no clicks...
its weird cuz on the first day i had like 60 page impressions, next day zero... Maybe because i didnt update it? i cant post the link yet. too new here. actually its in my profile as my homepage.
its not weird. your website has 1 page. How do you expect people to find your site? build content and dont think about impressions for a month or so.
Patience. I'm still trying to get more traffic to my sites. I've found that to be the hardest thing to do.
Forget what anybody told you -- you can't become an Adsense millionaire by making a 2-cent blog on blogspot and throwing it on the Internet and waiting. Despite what you have heard, it actually does take work and time and effort. If you want to actually work at this, read DP for at least a week before asking a question, because I guarantee you, you have no idea what you are doing, and all your questions have been asked and answered thousands of times before.
