Well you would have to take the contact details of the person you want to send WU to.
Give those to WU and they would charge i guess upto $80 to send $700.

If you dont know the person you are sending funds you, or are in anyway in risk of being scammed, please PM me, i could help you.

First of all my advice to you is that dont send money through WU to anyone that is not even 18 years, cuz I am sure westernunion will give him a very tough time collecting the money, because he would neither have NIC (national identity card) or driving licenese, any 17 year old cannot have these two things, and it is almost impossible for anyone to get collect the money without atleast one of these two things here in PAK..

There is no option of sending money from India I think !
    You can only receive money.

Well if you are trying to send money from India, then you can't do so as India has no option to send money through western union as you can only receive through them. But if you are trying to send from other country then you only need to have name of the person to whom you are sending and the country where are you sending. And WU people will give you one MTCN number that you need to give to that person and he can collect that cash from WU outlet.

Point55 is right, if the person whom you are sending money is less then 18 years it will be tough for him to collect that cash as he won't be having any id proofs though you can send him money on his parents name and he can collect them by showing their proofs.

    Regards

You should try sending the money through Xoom or through Paypal. :)

You must be 18 year old and have valid CNIC to send and receive money through Western Union, alternately you can send money at his father's/relative name but not him.

You can wire transfer that amount to him. Western Union charges a 10% commission of the sending amount.

1.Find some one with a moneybooker account, Give them those money in (V)(C)(C)form

2.give the address to the person in the pak to collect.

its not safe to explain here. But its possible.. within a(working)day. The recipient get the money.

I say its completely legal. We successfully sent Bangladesh 1200$ 3weeks ago...
again its legal. you need a trustworthy person. that's all.

If this is a business transaction, I wouldn't use Western Union no matter how old the kid is. Western Union is not a good option for sending payment for services, or digital products...they even tell you so on the Western Union website...people who request payment this way are probably scammers. Any legitimate business person would have other payment options that provide some protection to the consumer, such as Pay Pal, or accept major Credit and Debit cards.

If this is personal, you should call WU and ask the best way to go about it. I believe there is an option for a security question that the receiver must know the answer to in order to pick up the money, and there are extra fields for detailed information (such as mothers maiden name) to further qualify that a receiver without proper I.D. is the right person.

WU 'll obviously ask for NIC Card when he 'll collect money i think you should check out some other alternative.

You have to provide details of receiver (Name, Address, Phone etc), you will receive MTCN Number which you will forward to receiver and he has to present the number along with identification proof (Passport is acceptable) atleast in US/UK I am sure it is acceptable so it should be same for Pakistan.
