"Low risk Low impact" tasks that could be trivial, mundane or routine can be outsourced. They could range from highly specialized like programming, development, design, etc. or just bookmarking and posting or answering to emails. In this aspect, you may want to read the book about GTD getting things done where it tells you exactly how to decide which tasks you can get it done by others for you while not spending time on it by yourself.

I would personally not outsource anything else than common tasks that don't affect security.

I will outsource anything I know I can't do on my own.

I will outsource it also if I think I could make more money by investing time elsewhere, then paying someone else to do it. For example, if I can do some programming work for $20.00 per hour or I can design my own website and spend 6 hours on it. Or, I can pay a decent designer $80 to design the website, and I still have $40.00 left over if I spent my time doing the programming work vs designing my own site.

A lot of article writing, I have both high quality writers where I add their articles to my sites and lower quality that I use for promotion. This can be for $300 - $800 per month

Occasionally for programming a particular module for one of my Clients or my sites. Usually it is something I don't have time for and will take me time to research.

I used to blog for many paid-to-blog services over the years (I don't anymore) and most of the jobs were outsourced, so leaving me to focus on other things that brought me more money. So, everytime I got a request to post a blog review about a product, I would send the job to some guy who wrote everything and sent it back within the agreed time frame.

Other than that, I don't outsource anything else.

I was advised to decide whether I wanted to be the "army general or food soldier". I have decided to go for the army general, which does not exclude me from learning the tasks in the early days ... that I can outsource in time!

I outsource directory submissions. Since they're worth is questionable, I don't feel bad about paying a few bucks for someone else to do it.

    Hi,

I outsource ALL of the content writing. This is because I can get it done efficiently and productively at other places. However, my methods as to the outsourcing are trade secrets!

Blog posts... i buy blog posts from webstarcontent.com. They do all the research for each blog post and have professional writers on staff to create it for you. I buy one daily article from them for 6 days of the week.

Don't waste time learing some new technology if you can outsource it for cheap. Focus on what you do best -ask yourself, what are your strengths? What is value of your time? Hiring is cost effective specialist to complete a specific task or routine things.

Outsource everything that someone else can do while you're doing what you enjoy most - because that's probably the best use of your time.

Whether you're motivated by cash, or something else, if you focus on your strengths you'll have the greatest success.

I think Source you can outsource tasks that deplete a lot of moment or enjoy an expertise that you do not individual. Tasks such as web programing, article authorship, bookmarking and submissions can be outsourced .. Yet you cannot outsource tasks such as status search, creating concern strategies
