Looking good so far, but more time needed to really play around with it. So far so good, but it's too early to say it's the best ever yet. I hope so or hope that it continues to deliver and get positive reviews at least.
I'd save Win7 is what dos 1.0 should have been. In fact, Intel should never have even come out with the 8088 CPU, obviously they should have started with the duo right away.
What do u mean its too early ? What else you want know and test about that ? Its passed most of the tests, we all know Win XP was the best OS from MS and almost all of the ppl in the world were and are using that Win 7 is a new and much more complete version of XP with newer technologies, for that friend with MAC , I have to say MAC doesn't have anything to say in front of Win 7 , yes thats OS but just for double end users who even don't know how to trun on a computer, Win 7 made it possible for all ages to enjoy computer
Can I ask have u tested it I mean win 7 ? whats wrong with that ? why do u want to wait for SP1 , I bet you won't have any problem with that, just give it a try
Everyone has been singing praises about Windows 7 for the past several months. What rock did you crawl out of?
very fast install, and very quick boot-up. plus i really like the new resource monitor, you can finally see what is really going on with the proc and memory.
Someone, explain me what is Windows, please. I've heard that: 1) It is very vulnerable, 2) It cannot work secure without additional software such as antivirus, antispyware, firewall and so on, 3) It is not free (why sell something defective??? why BUY something defective???), 4) It usually returns a blue screen when someone wants to do something serious (not playing games!!!) 5) Lacks at everything... I won't spend an hour or two writing all negatives. Linux RULEZ! Don't play games, because you're wasting your own time. If you spent all time that you've played games doing real business, you'd be a multimillionaire after reaching 25!
Loving it. I'm going to buy a family pack by the end ofthe month. Got a Prerelease disk to play around with it.
I just installed win 7 yesterday...it turns out to b better than vista...though my internet explorer is runnin slower than usual....
I tried to stick with Vista as long as I could, but Win 7 is just so much easier to streamline work and get stuff done that I couldn't deal with Vista's bugs anymore. I am glad that I installed a fresh copy of 7, drivers installed automatically and I've had no problems since the install about a week ago. Nicely done MS!
I think its too hard for Microsoft to create a whole new theme everytime. And it so does not, you can costumize it so much that you cant even see its windows. Which is why we're all using the newest firefox 3.5, you should try it as well... http://www.mozilla.com
I am not impressed with Windows 7. I got Win 7 pro with my new computer and it seems to lock up at least once a day. The screen turns white and then the annoying little blue circle appears and it is locked up. I have had computers and operating systems since 1980 when I bought my first one, it was a hopped up TRS 80. A 10" CRT, BW graphics and 64K Ram with a cassette tape storage; it ran on CPM and a version of Basic. It was the sweetest 1100 bucks I ever spent. What Windows books do yall recommend?
