First Person to re-create this simple design wins! - $8

Hey all,

I need this design recreated - I want a clone of it - it MUST be the same size and look the same, the colour DOESNT matter, but the SIZE, and TEXTURE does matter lots. DONT make it exactly the same, just more or less the same.

This isnt what I am looking for. I want the graphic in my original post, which is'nt mine, re-created - I want a "clone" of that graphic for myself because it's not mine!

 

Cloning it is still copyright infringment

 

I said I wanted it slightly differnt. Just more or less the same but not exact.

Copyright or Trademark infringing goes for even similar designs, so just a little different will not help you at all, as it is still infringing as one could always say that you based it off of theres and that is true and that is infringing.

u want the waterpaint effect .. u can always go for slightly different colors .. then u dont have to bother about copyrights

p.s u can go with the actual one aswell.. its not a copyright infringement , the website most deffinitely does not have a copyright on the header... its a water painting with 3 colors, u actually think thats the only website that has that?

on the otherside to go with the actual one.. just wouldnt ook nice, as in 2 websites to have the same things.. in that case u can look for derivatives of it..

 

its piss easy to do this.. add color blocks, texturize, add hue saturation.. and watercolor filter..

or on the other hand like the one u like is done.

its a simple photoshop waterpaint brush that takes 3 strokes!
