4am is the ideal time. The body does have it's own biological clock and we as a species are meant to stay awake during daylight and sleep when it's dark. My ideal routine is: Wake up at 4. Shower, eat carb & protein filled breakfast. Leave apartment by 5:15. Walk until 5:45. Hit the gym until 6:30. Swim till 7. Come back & eat more. Take a nap. Wake up around 11am. Go to sleep by 10PM.
if you want to stay fresh and also want to enjoy the hole day you should get up early in the morning.
I've been terrible at keeping any sort of sleep schedule lately. I've been up since 1am when i woke up from a 4 hour nap after having relations with my girlfriend (mmmmm relations) and i was up 31 hours straight prior to that, the night before that I got around 6 hours of sleep. Give me a way to force myself to go to sleep so I can wake up and do work instead of feeling I need to keep working and in turn that makes me more sluggish when I need to be alert. I do wonders on taking naps instead of sleeping a long time at once. If I take 2 or 3 few hour naps I FEEL rested, but I hear that isnt enough time for the brain to enter REM and truly allow the body to recharge. Sleep is messed up. Very interesting.
I'm not really aware with this. As long as I have my appointment I will wake up 1 hour before the meeting. And if I'm not busy, I'll sleep whenever I want
Right this very minute and enjoying Shawn's morning surprise "nice to know all is well in the punyvirse" ROOFIS
^^^I also got that thing ! Mine was 94 days old. I feel the best time for body to wake up is when it wants.. - Digital -
