    Hi,

    I am trying to cancel an old package from 1and1 and after a bit of looking around I found a link specifically to cancel my account, (https://cancel.1and1.com/), but it asks me for my customer ID.

    Does anybody know where I could find such number?

    I can login without any problems in my control panel, (https://admin.1and1.co.uk), but I don't seem to be able to log into the cancel site.

    Where could I find my Customer ID?

    It's better to ask them directly to obtain your customer ID.
