Yes, you can take a review copy for $25. I haven't decided on the number of copies. PR is of homepage, but as you know if the blog is PR 4 it's likely that it has some PR2-3 pages. My recommendation is to comment on latest posts. Most blogs in the list are moderated, so no spamming No those are Lucia's linky love and other similar plugins. CommentLuv inserts your latest post (if your has an RSS feed) as a nofollow link apart from the 'homepage' link that you insert.

Here goes my review: This guy stated he is selling 400 urls, but I got 606 urls. I have not seen such organized list any where. Clearly giving the PR, alexa, niche, comment plugin details and what not. If you are looking to post links in these blogs right away this blog list is a one stop solution.
