Contest $13 contest

I need an image sized 310px × 230px. It is not a logo for my website, but a welcome message. It should either say 'Welcome To' (minor) and then either 'Real College Football' (major) or 'RCF' (major) (and if you go that route, it should say 'Real College Football' (minor) below). It is AMERICAN football. The background of where this will be placed is a lighter gray color, but I want the background still to be transparent. The main color of this should be orange.

Not sure if you will need it or not, but here is the logo we have, and I love the logo we have, let me repeat, THIS CONTEST IS NOT A NEW LOGO DESIGN, WE NEED A WELCOME MESSAGE. You can choose to base the message somewhat off the logo or you do not have to, I have no preference on this.

I'll run this for 72 hours but reserve the right to select a winner earlier if need be.

 

I can deliver as a .jpg, .png & .psd

Thanks for entries so far. ing_pacz is the current leader right now but please keep the designs coming and feel free to re-enter with a new design.

ing_pacz - I love the layout of it, but I'm not sure how the logo would look on a light gray background. Perhaps create a couple new ones with slight modifications such as maybe darkening it, or replacing it with text RCF, or something along those lines.
totalx90 - Not bad, but I'm not really look for a badge.
titiloko - Copy off of spbx
spbx - Not bad, but a little simple.
Abdul.D - Not really readable.
buncoh - Not bad, I like the idea, but could perhaps be cleaned up a little bit.
Smith15 - Not really what I'm looking for.

I actually prefer the original to that. I liked the guy in the logo and I liked the helmet being one solid color. Just perhaps a little darkened or a little different?

@Sikka - Not bad at all. I just don't like the border of it and I don't like there being two players on it (one on RCF and one on RealCollegeFootball. Perhaps remove the guy in the logo and add a nice border in?
@Dakouten & ing_pacz - Not bad either of you, but I don't want you to put a background in, I want that to be transparent and instead, maybe darken the logo a little or put something custom in there.
