All these are some easy ways to get good one way links! You never know when a forum page becomes a PR4 and usually posting here and there can get your member page a PR4 eventually too! (vBulletin has it's "View Public Profile" Link in the HTML Code so Google indexes it)!

Directory Submissions are a great way for achieving one way links. The directories list sites under related categories and are usually well ranked in search engines. That's right. Write quality and usefull content on your site, you'll get permanent links automatically. Just focus on one thing... usefull content, everything will follow.

 

I think article submissions are also best for permanent one way and links.

I would definately recommend TLA... because I hear all this about directories not having much value any more.
