There was a trail left in the usernotes, and seemed to be verified by at least two mods then. The info's there to review, and the ban looks pretty unquestionable.

I sincerely hope Shawn would oblige and provide me the details, to enable me to review the same.
Please note that this exercise is not to start any blame game but I seriously wish to know what transpired at that morning of 26th July, particularly since I am cent percent sure of having done no wrong and am completely clueless as to what hit me!

We generally don't give exact details especially after it's been reviewed by multiple mods (after I looked through it that was at least 3 of us who checked it out). That's because we don't want members knowing everything we look at to determine duplicates, because it just tells them how to try to get around it the next time.

 

The more you gripe about it, the more it starts to sound like "how did they catch me?"

Your ban has expired, you're free to participate in the forum. Move on.

 

For the genuine ones it is more of a "Why did they catch me ?" .
