Actually it was a PR5 clothing shop only 4 days ago. The backlinks that earned that PR are now redundant so at the next toolbar update you'll see a change.

 

The cache site is default parking page of expired domain

 

I agree with you on the default parking page thing (images etc) However, the two words new and PR5 when put together sound kinda funny!

 

Kinda of funny, may be you use .htaccess blackhat to cheat google toolbar

 

Will at less finish your guildlines! to bad a pr5 domain goin to drop down to whatever!!!

 

I'm really surprised at the sheer amount of people who take these crap old dropped domains and put a directory on them. What would make more sense is if these 'new owners' just used the old site design/content (a la archive.org or google cache) in order to (at least) try to get their backlinks to stay and then used the site for whatever. All genuine links to sites like these will undoubtedly go away sooner or later and the effort it would take to submit your site to these "directories" is definitely not worth it.

Ridiculous I say.

Wonder how long this one will last? Other directories you've launched within the past year are parked pages.

 

i have more than 50 directories and only 2 directories parked. And one of them is banned by google.

Holy shizzle! That is plenty of explanation for me. Obviously no one can properly maintain 50 directories...and it shows since you admit you have parked 2 of them and 1 is banned by Google. I think we can also assume that all of these 50 directories are as "questionable" as the one in the original post.
