I found Windows 7 wonderful

It's a shame. I heard of a few peoplewho reverted back to XP. Maybe you should have tried the Ultimate edition. That works perfectly for me!

 

I am thinking about getting 7. Is it that much better?

 

I've installed windows7 on my desktop and WOW, i didn't need to install any drivers. That's really great because drivers installing is really such.

 

xp compatibility mode

 

I'm using Windows 7 now,

Its great, my drivers are up to date,

Has more great features like Aero Snap, Peek, new Taskbar..

 

One of my friend is using win 7. it is great windows but there is too much licensing issues. that is obviously worried. Microsoft is also going to stop giving support for windows XP to promote windows 7. I personally do not like that kind of business policy.

 

anyone got any details on 7's compatability with older software/hardware??

I put Windows 7 on my PC 2 days ago and so far it's pretty nice. I had XP pro.

 

Windows 7 is really better than Vista.

wow i just set it up on my test rig and it is wonderful!!

seems well suited for merging with older systems.

 

yes it is good. i am using it. It has got different functions with it.

Welcome to the club, started using it 3 days after RC came out.

 

Used the early beta's, wonderful version so far.
Good competition to XP, and beats the -ve of vista.

has anyone tried the touch features of windows 7 yet ?
of course on a touch screen

 

Win 7 is almost like vista but it is fast than vista thats is
