    Reason for selling : i have started a new venture so wont be having much time to manage this website.

    Revenue : monthly revenue is 20+ USD (ads only) + Premium membership (that varies from 4 USD to 50 USD)

    Backlinks : 3000+ (as per google)
    Pages indexed : 165,000+ (as per google)

    Yes it sure does not reach 1k+ .. Your stats show 800/day . It will mostly be around 600/day as Awstats already inflates visitor count.
    What is the URL?
    Atleast give us the niche so that we may know whether to ask for the URL or not

    2 things

    1) The website was down for 5 days in the month of October due to hardware failure at data center.
    2) There are some off days on weekends when website receives a little bit of low traffic than usual.
    3) Point of interest : Google analytics showed 19% of increase in traffic this month. And we assume that the trend will continue to go so.
