I want to develop a video site.

    what would you go for:

    main-keyword.info (good traffic for keyword)
    blahblahblah.com (totally irrelevant)
    halfkeyword-highly brandable. org / net

what would u do ?? and why ??

yes, basically 'art video' 'art animation' is my niche. I know velvet bride is fantastic domain but hardly brandable for art / animation / video blog.

artvard was kind of a 'harvard' joke :) I like it... could be memorable. but, no, vard doesn't exist in English dictionary. But there is ward, artward is taken though, and I have feeling people will make mistake...

My preferences goes to artvard.com from all fours, since art is you niche NOT velvet bride ;-)

IMO choose domain that is short (which is difficult to find), cache and easy to remember. It also should be .com if you are looking branding.

For SEO, its very important to have a good keyword in your domain unless you can build mass backlinks each month.
