I'm new to Digital Point but not new to forums, the internet or business.

I hail from Tampa, FL, otherwise known as hell during the summer months. I've been a Recruiter & Business Development executive for more than 15 years. Last year I decided to jump off of that roller coaster and onto another as an entrepreneur. I'm the Co-Founder of JobShouts.com along with my partner in crime (and Founder), known to you fine folks as Popawoody.

After hearing him talk about everything he has learned here, I decided to join. I'm sure there is much here for me to learn as well. I'm happy to offer my assistance in the areas that I know and look forward to engaging with all of you!

I would like to know how you got customers to post jobs. I have a few but nothing too serious. I need more to make it big. My condolences on Miami. Kidding. I personally don't like anything further south than here because it's already hot enough! As for sports teams, Tampa couldn't win against themselves this year - in anything! Ah well, there's always next year.

You are 100% correct in the heat of Miami; god, it's unbearable! Sometimes I see that in NY or Chicago it's 56 degrees and honestly I get a little depressed

And sports-wise, Tampa wasn't half bad in baseball..the Rays have come up to become a team that wasn't minor-league calibur.
