Have you ever been robbed? My personal answer: Yes, I once had my phone snatched from my hands while I was texting. They were a couple of guys & they just ran away with my phone. I was more upset about losing the number since I've had that number for years (I never change - but had to after that). How about you?
I've lost phones/wallets before and only ever got my wallet back once. I dont really class it as being stolen, just not given back. Does that count as being robbed?
Nope, that's just losing them. You're robbed when a thief/snatcher/robber actually takes your belongings from you.
um, nope, but i'd like to see em try. that shit doesn't happen too often around where i live. more often then not it backfires and the doer becomes the doee. lol. and no i ain't stalking you, just on a posting burst.
Yes, on many different occasions including three cars that have been stolen (all in Curacao!). Robbed at gun point on the street twice in Costa Rica and money stolen from my account in Costa Rica. Never been robbed while living in the UK where I have spent most of my life.
That is just scary. I don't know what I'd do if that happened to me, I can't even think about it, it's just too scary.
Offline yes....but when I was very young! I was traveling in a bus and my co-passenger who told me she was a medical student lifted my purse!
A few years ago now some guy robbed me a few times when he was with his mates, til I saw him on his own one day and taught him a lesson or two.
Ironically I got robbed within a three week period which was strange. The first time I was out visiting some bars in downtown San Jose and got robbed while walking in a street that I should not of been in (was a little drunk so I just let them take what they wante). The secondtime I got robbed and only had a few dollars cash in my new wallet as I got robbed only a few weeks before and never had time to replace all my cards. It happened in broad daylight on a busy street which shocked me as no one came to assist. they were also very upset when they found out I had not much money on me and threatned to kill me. I managed to over power them and run fast.
Yeah I encounter it but only once. I was sleeping in my pad when my cousin forgot to lock our main door. Then when I woke up, I'm checking where's cellphone is but I didn't saw it. So I guess I just misplace it. But then, I notice that my bag is also gone, so I think someone entered in pad and get my expensive things.
Someone stole my casio watch when I was traveling in a crowded bus. I realized it was missing only when I stepped out of the bus.

Some guys tried to rob me a year ago. They were walking towards me and I didn't pay attention to them. But suddenly one of them sprinkled with tear-gas in my eyes. Than they tried to knock me off my feet and to take my rucksack and phone. But I shouted "Police! Help!" and they run away
Not on me but my house. Thief(s) broke into my house last month and took away $3000 USD worth of stuff and cash, including my digital camera. All my family photos, snapshots of sweet memories were gone They should remove the memory card! I am really sad and cursed the thief(s)!!!
