site:mysitename.com all the pages showing message "This site may harm your computer"

My question is can anyone explain why it is showing like that.

Avoid all advertisement & third party code, & apply to Google for reevaluation.

You should check your site site's code for an extra iframe or javascript code. Someone may have hacked your server.

One of the links in my signature below explains what that warning is and the reasons you are seeing it. The most common reason is that the site got hacked. The other link gives the steps for repairing the hacked pages (or just republish them from good backup copies), and how to find the vulnerabilities that allowed the site to get hacked in the first place.

When a site gets hacked and harmful content is put on it, Google does not normally remove the site from their index entirely. Instead, they just put up that warning. So the site that got removed probably got removed for some other reason. It might be in violation of some of the Google Quality Guidelines. See:

Why you cannot removed it yourself?
Do you pay them to remove it or free?

This phrase comes from the English words malicious and software. They
are hidden programs, which have detrimental effects on the functioning
of a PC without the users knowledge. Typically, upon removal, fragments
remain, which have further detrimental effects. Types of Malware are:

    -Viruses
    -Worms
    -Trojans
    -Spyware
    -Backdoors

You need to examine the content of your HTML and PHP pages and look for
    the

    <iframe>

tag. Any code that you do not recognize or iframes pointing to
suspicious URLs needs to be removed. If you have a backup of your data
you can simply upload the backup after cleaning up your personal
computer. If you need to request a backup you can contact our support
team. We do periodic backups but there is no guarantee that we have a
    clean backup.
