eBay Partner Network and PPC

Is any one still doing search engine Pay Per Click advertising with eBay?? If so, how much do you earn per click and do you link to your own landing page, or an affiliate URL? If you link to an eBay page, do you link to the index or some other page, like category?

 

I was wondering this too.

 

i don't do it with pay per click ,i get the traffic from a different source directly to my blog or website ,i explain some stuff about the products and i remind them to make sure to sign up for a new account once buying the item so i get m money of course.

No...using PPC to drive leads to eBay.

 

How you get traffic to your site ? I try to search everywhere how to get more traffic to my page but find only blogs, seo and posting at forums .....

 

My guess is that it would be impossible to track conversions from a PPC ad to an ebay affiliate sale. I can't see how that would ever be possible.

 

Ebay brought out a new payment system last month and for a few weeks it didn't work well. Then about 2 weeks ago I started getting paid a little again. Its called Quality Click Pricing and it has some good potential. Organic traffic is the way to go.

 

You could send the visitors to your site and display the ebay page inside an iframe.

 

Would that be ok to do with ePN, though? I'm a little afraid of doing anything out of the ordinary, considering how ban happy they have been...

 

I have no idea as I'm not even an affiliate there. I was only considering the technical aspect of it.

 

First I've heard of it though I have heard of the affiliate scheme theyre running.

 

Maybe with the old system it was worth paying for clicks BUT since you will odds are get LESS earnings per click due to the new commission model the only real way to earn through epn would be organic FREE traffic.

 

Ebay PPC sucks so bad .. They do not pay for every click you get ? I do not understand it .
