Or is it up to you to report the money you made from google adsense?

I think it is up to you. Probably when you deposit a check in your bank a/c you can ask the bank to take directly.

Make $600 or more during the year and you get a tax form info at the end of the year AND it's reported to the IRS.

Well I'm on SSI, and if I'm making over $850-900 a month than i will lose it. I also get free health insurance with it as long as I'm getting at least $1 a month from SSI. The problem is that if I lose my health insurance.. I don't think I can get health else unless I'm employed somewhere, but I can't work.

In USA anything over $600 in a calendar year will be reported by that company to the IRS. So if you make $300 at google and say $300 at yahoo... I dont think you will get the tax form. However, If you make $601 at google they send you a nice tax form to submit with your taxes. This is one of the reasons when you sign up with adsense they ask for a EIN or SSN. If in doubt here is the google tax link

    google.com/adsense/taxinfo?sourceid=asos&subid=ww-ww-et-HC_entry&medium=link

Good luck and Don't mess with the IRS.

Well if you "make" $900 a month with adsense you arent really making $900 but $900 minus any server fees, advertising fees etc etc. So its just a matter of how you do your accounting. $900 revenue != $900 profit/income as far as the IRS or SSI are concerned.
