Twitter Page PR4 Worth Anything?

Sending out "tweets" on twitter encourages people to visit your site so you get higher traffic, But you have to have a massive about of followers.

 

Another wonder story,one of my site is a PR1 while its twitter profile is a PR3. lol..

 

Uh... so many people repeat the same answer ) it's really funny

this is because that individual page (your profile) belongs to a high-authority website

 

No it's not valued Social networking link are no follow mine is PR5 profile page, Social networking only valued for traffic it not give you any kind of link juice

 

Twitter is pointless for SEO unless you have 100,000 plus followers!

Then you will get a low conversion rate still.

 

It will not help you much for sure, but a link is a link and if you have good number of followers you still get traffic from this link and other search engines still crawl nofollow links

 

twitter is not for SEO , it's for SMO

 

Mine says "No PageRank information available" hahaha atleast my 2 month old blog got PR3

 

I guess tweets will bring traffic only.

 

i have a PR of 9 twitter is gr8 for traffic... but the PR thingy is of no use...

 

I don't thinks Twitter Profile Page PR is worth you anything because it's redirect and has No Follow links.

Exceptions are always there but high twitter traffic means high bounce rate.

 

Does twitter profile pages get indexed in google?
If yes that could help to get direct organic traffic i guess....

I guess as per Twitter we can have a large numbers of Traffic to access our Tweets and these Tweets are helpful to get traffic on our site.
