    hey all,

just wondering if anyone knows how to help me out. ive got an issue with my shared hosting. i have a few domains connected to it, and for every domain that isnt the primary domain, all of my .htaccess doesnt work. because of this it has rendered one of my sites useless seeing as the script uses .htaccess.

is there any way to get around this?

    thanks in advance

Your host may have disabled .htaccess on all add-on domains. You should really contact your web host about this.

To be honest your best bet is to email them asking them why. I know there support isn't amazing but at least they will know. I have never heard of this problem so my only guess is Godaddy turned off .htaccess on add-on domains.

I've had a similar problem at GoDaddy trying to install a script for a customer. The only way to fix it was to move to another host :(
