Creating a Product

I've been searching for months on a particular micro niche that has been untouched or untapped in the CPA / Affiliate Marketing industry. My only problem is, I know what would work for a product but I don't know how to create either a guide or a member area for others to buy into.

I'll show you an example of what I mean, using another niche that isn't what I have in mind...

Let's say the niche is hair dryers, micro niche would be hair dryer parts. Let's say this micro niche has millions of searches a month and is something that has literally thousands of long tail keywords that you could rank for and bring in loads of money. I could either open a member only area that would show you wholesale places to get hair dryer parts or info on the best places to buy them, etc... what would be the best way to go about creating a guide on something like this if I have no idea who or where to get hair dryer parts from/

Hopefully someone has some insight that'll help me out, thanks!

I'm not talking about the website itself, I'm talking more about how to go about creating the product with the information that you will be selling

Well not the process of creating an ebook. In my example... what I would need help with is how to go about finding places that sell hair dryer parts for cheap, or the most affordable.. things like that. Once I have that information the rest I can do (whether it's member site, ebook, web site, etc..)

i dont know of anyone that specializes in things that small

most things now are so cheap that when a "hair dryer" breaks they just go out to walmart and buy a new one for cheaper than they can order the part to fix it and then take it apart and then actually fix the product

only thing i can really think of selling is projector tv bulbs but not many people own those anymore with new HD tvs becoming so cheap

The niche that I'm going after does have brick & mortar competition, however the market for buying online has always and will always be strong.

I am confused - if you know your niche well and you don't need help in creating web site, eBook or an article, what help you exactly need?
