why some of CPA company reject my account just because im come from certain country?? i hate to say it, but im so capable to advertise their product.
Make sure you follow general policies. I'm sure they don't just ignore just because of your nationality.

It's because most CPA sites don't want to deal with paying users who are from India or Pakistan when they're located in the United States. It's a huge problem, especially when filing taxes comes around. Yugo,
It's actually not so much the taxes issue as it is the fraud issue from my understanding. There is a rampant amount of fraud with CPA offers and the international countries are more responsible for it than the others. If you have a valid website with visible WHOIS and you know what you're talking about you'll have a much better chance of getting accepted.
When a country is responsable for more fraud than legitamate business for an affiliate program, they go on the blacklist. Send them an email pleading your case. Show them your work. Explain exactly how you are going to promote them. They might let you in.
Try using a cpa approval broker like CPAapproval.com or advertise in freelancer sites who can get your site approved because they live in that country. Even I dont understand why they would reject just because of country factor because the internet is global by nature.
One reason why CPA companies are wary of accepting International users is because of the nature of the business.. Remember some offers pay just for emails so it is very easy for someone to do fraud.. That in itself is fraud and terrible advice. You will be terminated if they find out, guaranteed. If they don't approve you try a different network there are so many to choose from it's not even funny. Or make friends with people who can 'vouch' for you.
A lot of affliates don't want to use international marketers. But there are alot who will. You should do a search of companies that will use international marketers.

It's not about pagerank to the networks it's about having a valid site that they can identify as yours.... they want to confirm that your who you say you are and that you're not going to fraud the network. If all is ok then call them and ask. Where there is a will there is a way.
Indonesia, Malaysia are flawed by people hitting companies for serious chargebacks and creditcard thefts. As managing affiliate programs for many years I realised these two countries to be extremely high risk. Sadly the few in your country has destroyed it for the many.
