i have an instant way, you can get 10k in just one week. just for $14. you can search it in google. but thats a nasty way/black hat. you can use this way only for repairing your alexa rank. but if you using this way for adsense, just prepare your self to get "love letter" from google hahaha. but generaly just posting article every day with rich high search keyword after keyword reaserch.

Writing blogs and commenting on blogs including backlinks to your site , gives some good traffic.
