Why this site rank #1 page on google?

    I found a site :aagg.net which ranks page #1 on google with keyword "digital camera".
    I notice that it was created on 24-dec-2003 and it has few pages indexed by google.
    But why?

    Site age is one of the major factor for search engine optimization but you can not say that site age will make you no. 1. Do effective search engine optimization and get top ranking.

    I have also checked it in google.com, .co.in, .co.uk. Where you have searched it? Are you trying to increase the hit on this website through the forum?:confused:

    Well. As you mentiond it is not ranking on no 1.

    But What's wrong if it rank on the top it may possible as page size or website size is not a problem.

    It's not on page one. It could be just a spam website that just came up and got removed later on. Are you sure you weren't on Google.co.uk or other foreign countries?

    Site Age is one of the factor to rank your website. but there are some reason why you find it number 1, I guess you forgot to remove the cache in your browser and close your gmail account.

    please do it and check it again.

    Not one of you mentioned that he could be logged into Gmail... if he frequents that site alot, it will show at the top of his personalised results.

    People keep telling me that there site is number 1 already... i tell them to log out of gmail and boy do they get a suprise!
