I want to add cpalead.com gateway code in some specific threads in MyBB forum but can't figure out how to add it. They say the code should be added before </head> but I want to add code to certain threads only.

I signed up with CPALead but no email or response at all from them?? I emailed Jeremy and got no reply at all! It's been almost 5 days, but no result whether I got accepted or rejected .. Very strange ...

Can someone help? Is it because I joined under someone's referral so they just ignored me?

 

I am new into affiliate marketing and i really want to get in as fast as i can.I know it require website for once to be successful.But i would like to start with a blog.I am have already been accepted to a cpa network through the wordpress blog i created.
The problem is that i dont know where to insert those promotional code in my wordpress blog so that those code will disply the image for the visitors to see and click on them to take them to the langing page.
I know you people here are more experienced and informed than i do and i also believed that you really understand my question.
I would be very greatful if you can help me out.
