should 13k backlinks have a pagerank

    Yeah so I saw this site that has 13k backlicks, but 0/10 pagerank, wtf is up with that? Is this normal or weir? I don't see the reason to it..

    Pagerank does entirely depend on Quantity of backlinks.Its about Quality too.Also, you need to do some Nice Onsite SEO :).use the below Tips for getting a Godo PR soon :

    1. Get links from old and highly trusted domains.
    2. Get site-wide links from a huge site with 150,000+ pages (a large forum perhaps).
    3. Get a few deep links from relevant articles or content.
    4. No massive and low-level directory submissions.
    5. Avoid link exchanges, esp. from new domains.

    i would focus on serps reather then page rank page rank will come in time and isnt that important.. Take me i have a new sight pr0 only been up for a little over a month but i'm getting 1400 unique visitors a day and they are spending about 12 minutes online according to google analytics not bad for a PR0

    Most probably penalized or the links that site gets is of the lowest quality.

    its a points based system. what if the site got links from pron, gambling websites; then points would be deducted. plus how long the website been around?

    You wont get PR juice (the main objective of SEO) And sites with No Pr or N/a, wont help you at all.
    Focus on quality links, if you build 5 or 6 links with PR 5, will be better than building 1k from PR=0 sites.
