Probably yes, if everyone keeps doing it... It's the same as when someone posts 10 great blogs on this site and everyone spams the hell out out of them and they get changed to not allowing comments or simply nofollow...
Ok so I used it - clicked on 40 of them, fell asleep, woke up, clicked on 40 more, had some food, clicked on another 24... I'm assuming the objective is to get the pages to redirect to your website, if that's the case there are a few that required some intervention, like clicking on "click here" or entering a capcha.
Great tool. Clicked all the links. Seems that there were some that did not work, but overall....good.

Great tool. Used it on my sites and pending success have a way of making it work for me. May create a bot though to automate the process a bit more.
He didn't say that. Read it again. You're better off linking to these pages rather than clicking to just generate them. They need to be spidered too.
