Its probably because your blog doesn't gets enough traffic or lacks quality content. :)

Could you please provide a link so we can see what the site is and we can go from there instead of making guesses?

put some unique content. Understand what they tell while mailing you un approval notice.
    How old is your blog?

Create a good blog, invest for it, improve it, and then register with Adsense. I think you will be approved, not need 6 months, 2 - 3 months only if your blog really good!

setup a blog using blogspot, fill with good content up to 7 posts, leave for 1 week, after that apply adsense account from your blogger account, you will get your adsense account within 1 week after that. then use it for your 'un-approve' blog

You should go for some traffic first before adding adsense ads code.

That's probably why as I believe Adsense like sites to be at least 6 months old.

I ask again though. Can you please provide a link? Else all we're doing is making guesses.

    1) You link should be http://apnimastian.blogspot.com/ The use of the 'www' is incorrect as the 'apnimastian' bits takes the place of it.

    2) There is no written content on your site, at least that I saw. All it is is pictures and videos. Those don;t get picked up too well by the spiders. Adsense usually likes content that can be indexed.

    3) It's too young. As noted a week old blog usually doesn;t get accepted. It's not even in google yet.

Best bet. Start a blog somewhere else, post every day with decent content about pretty much anything, let it run for a month or so and then reapply. If you get accepted then, you can use adsense on other sites such as this blog.

    Hope this helps,

No they're not. They're using the same method I suggested. Another site gets approved but they use the adsense on the poor site as well.

your site does not look like good for adsense ads.

you have porn type pictures and adsense doest allow this.

so better to keep it or you can go for other networks like adbrite.
