Only Google is giving traffic... why?

My newly launched site is getting traffic by google only. why other engines are silen about that? topdentalcarebank.com

If I were you I would be MUCH more concerned with figuring out WTH my site's content is total crap than wondering why you're not ranking...

Have you actually read the crap that is on your site? It does not make ANY sense...

Looks to me like you took content from someone else's site, ran it through the worlds WORST article spinner, and posted it on your own site without ever even looking at it see that IT IS NOT ENGLISH! No one can understand what you are trying to say... the content is kaka... poop... crap... dodo... and a few other explatives.

If this is NOT the case then you should fire whomever you paid to write the content and hire someone who speaks English as a first language.

Sites like these are a total waste of index space at the search engines IMO and should be banned the minute they are uncovered.

Your site is indexed on the other search engine also. I think you just need to work on the link building for getting some good position on other search engine for your related keyword.

Different Search Engines follow different algorithms also you have to submit your site to other search engines manually.
