Just got my power package with windows XP installed, super fast activation by chamster! Last time I ordered VPS the hosting need more than 24 hour to activate while chamster provide it in 2 minutes! Server speed is very fast! remote desktop connection runs very smooth. I don't know its because of the connection or windows XP that installed in the server. i don't get what your issue is. you've been messaging me once every week about this and i've even provided evidence for the refund on paypal. then i don't hear from you for another week and then you try and post on this forum to hurt my credibility. Oct 6th: payment received, transaction id 9JY27645ER4047647 Oct 7th: refund requested Oct 7th: refund granted, transaction id 03Y00037F49806352 picture evidence: and to add insult to the injury, you've pm'ed me 3 times in the past 3 weeks asking me to set up another VPS for you urgently, and then don't contact me back. in this situation, i say seller beware, given this person has 1 itrader rating and that's from me when he purchased the server, but cancelled it a day later. if this whole refund complaint was legit, he'd have filed a chargeback a month ago, or a paypal dispute. he knows he can't given that i've already refunded his amount and the transaction is already complete.
in that case, call up paypal. you can see from my end the payment has been fully refunded: there's nothing more i can do. I can't refund you again as the payment has already been TAKEN from my account and SENT to you as shown above. Can you provide a screenshot of the transaction you sent me, for the original 27.50? It'll clear up the mess. Basically if it says refunded, you've been refunded and probably just overlooked it. If it says sent and has no signs of a refund, then it's a paypal issue and you need to take it up with them to get the money sent back to you. as i said, from my side, there is nothing i can do, and i've shown you over and over again that i've refunded you from my side.
