I don't think so him, But watching over his enarthrosis. It power be venturesome to let him do everything alone at a convinced stop for patent reasons.

Thanks again you guys for the support. It means a lot to me and my son. To answer your question Gwen, I've been using it since June. How about yourself?

    Ok, here's an update:

He's really been staying focused on this which has been great. He got the 12 article batch accepted yesterday for a total of $42.00 approx. earnings, and then had another batch of articles accepted this afternoon. His combined earnings for these two batches were approx. $79.00!

It's funny because he's already settling into a nice routine of how he spends his time after school, (which my wife and I agree is great thing for building his level of discipline). Now that he's gotten a taste of how working hard can start to pay off, he's always talking about ideas he has for new articles, constantly asking me if I think certain niches that he's considering writing on will do well etc.

I've been helping him to raise his upfront payment offers by adding his account to my daily campaign for promoting the page views of my outsourced articles. Associated Content pays upfront for the articles, but then also pays you monthly based on the performance of the articles as well. He doesn't have the time to take on this aspect himself each night and get his homework done.

He submitted another 10 articles tonight, so I will update again soon with how he's coming along.

Thanks again for the support you guys.

I think if you hold your son back now from lifes realities than it will be harder to accept later.

WOW! that's great! I bet he is thrilled at the payback. That is HUGE for him. $79.00 in a week! I remember the first time I got Paid to do my first article. I was in school (12yo) and a senior student had paid me $3 to do a 5000 word history paper for him. $3 aint much but I remember my parents expressions when they saw the big grin on my face. They still don't know about the history paper, I told them the senior paid me to help them clean up the gym after school :p

    Hi John,

$3.00 for a 12 year old is huge! I'm sure the entrepeneurial spirit really stayed with you. If only the senior knew what kind of bargain he got though ey?. I had a similiar situation where I used to write copy for business flyers as a kid. I would then have them printed out and charge the company a premium. For me, I think starting at that young age definitely carried over that work ethic to my adult years. Oh, the good old days ;)

Btw, the $79.00 earnings Steven had (my son) were actually just for 2 days!. He was able to close out the week with a total of $173.00. The way my wife and I have it setup with him is that he can keep 1/3 of his Associated Content earnings, and the rest gets put into savings. Just seeing how his efforts are paying off has really helped to drive him with even more determination. He wanted to write today instead of going to a friends Halloween party.

lol we made him go to the party ;)

Yep, comparing the exchange rate during my time $3 was indeed a lot, but looking at your son I have to think "was I swindled? :S" Totaling a $173.00 in a week is DAMN GREAT! I'm having mixed emotions right now, I feel very proud and very jealous of the guy right now :p.
Trust me Friend, you have a JEWEL at home.
Once again my blessing for your kid and Regards to you and your family.
Oh, I have been meaning to ask, what is his name? if you don't mind. :)

Don't worry, he won't be living a life of independence. His parents are teaching him to swim and keeping an eye on him until he is good enough to go into the waters alone ;)

I think 14 is a good age to start. It will let him build his base and his foundations first to see whether it really all works out form him.

Of course he might come across some content over the internet that might be harmful. So that is the downside.

On the upside, the amount of income he could possibly earn would be unlimited if he devotes his time to it

    Hi John,

His name is Steven, and I too am pretty proud of him. He has seen me submitting to AC for so long that I think he just fell into it naturally. He's heard me and my wife talk about niches/keywords so often, that he picked up on how to use them properly very quickly.

Thanks again my friend for following his online journey and I will update again within the next few days.

    Kind regards,

    Ducati1198

99% chance this whole thread is just creative spam for the site in his sig..... which you guessed it, is selling an ebook on how to "Explode
Your Online Income!" writing for AC.

LOL dude that reasoning could be applied to 99% of the threads at DP, as well as the rest of the internet for that matter. The cake is a lie get with the program
