    I have to ask. How do you justify the price? Either I'm missing something here or you want $1500 for a PR1 site that gets an average of about 95 visits a day, appears to have no income or at least no advertising and has another competitor site in front of it via a Google search. I have a client who may be interested in it but I have to justify it to myself before I pass it along to them.
