need argent small work on wordpress

need to set front page
need featured post scrolling on front page
need latest post shown on sidebar of front page

its very small work for someone who has done this before.

Well if just need a list and your theme supports widgets, use the Latest Posts widgets. If you need the content in there as well, please look at this:
