Here are mine. 1. Official AdSense Blog. Most information is not very interesting, but occasionally they post a great post, like DogBreedInfo.Com that makes $650 a month. 2. NicheGeek I think the site is pretty much brand new, has very few niches listed, but I tried their "LLC and Incorporation" niche and it does make about 50 cents on average, like the site states. I've never heard of the guy who runs the site and have no idea why they are giving away niches for free. They don't sell eBooks or information products, like Joel Comm. Weird. 3. Shoemoney I picked quite a bit of interesting information, listening to podcasts. Loved Shoemoney's tips on traffic arbitrage. 4. AOJON Another blog that gives away free niches every week or so, but these aren't AdSense targeted. 5. Hot affiliate markets and trends. It seems like every time a hot affiliate niche appears, AdSense money follows. What other sites do you use to find out about profitable AdSense niches?
I actually don't use that stuff. IMO, it is best to build a site about something you are interested in or know a lot about, and not look at the money. If you make a good site, the traffic will come, and so will the clicks (after optimizing a bit).
agree with pjk. Search for a topic or theme you know well and like, whatever it is. This way you will make a HIGH QUALITY SITE which will attract visitors, keep them coming again and again 'cause they simply enjoy your site . Hence more traffic and more clicks.
I just go with something I'm internested in, if it makes money from keywords then woot, if not then I can't say I'm really bothered. I have a booklet of things that I'm interested in, and various projects I could work on, so I guess you could say my resources are just my pen, paper and brain ^^;;
its true you should make a site about what you like and not for money however... right now ppc arbitrage is so godamn easy.... no site needed
How come no site needed ?? Where will we place our ad code then ?? isnt ppc arbitrage is when you buy ppc traffic for cheap and redirect it to your highly optimized adsense site, and your net profit would be the adsense clicks $ - adwords clicks $ ?
broken down... PPC = pay per click (from wiki) Arbitrage = arbitrage is the practice of taking advantage of a state of imbalance between two or more markets Check the actual wiki page for more on arbitrage here So now that you know why PPC arbitrage really has nothing to do specifically with contextual here is a an example of why you dont need a website: you purchase a click from adcenter for 5 cents to convert on a 12$ lead. that gives you 260 INTERESTED clicks to convert before you lose money. So you make a ad and put in the affiliate code for the destination url and since you are converting at 10% you are making a killing in the arbitrage!
Silly me, I have been creating pages and pointing CPC traffic to them and making money on the traffic I send away as CPC or CPA. Are you sending Adcenter traffic directly to the affiliate that pays $12 per lead?
Start about something that interests you. Look at the stats and see which keywords/topics are in most demands. And then write about those keywords.
I am interested in Tasmanian Tigers, defunct American sports franchises, exploring abandoned buildings, and underwater ice hockey. I don't think that your approach would work with these sort of interests. I have done well with writing a note in my notebook when I hear about something that sounds wasteful that consultants or non-productive co-workers are pushing, I write TIH (things I hate) and research it when I get home. TIH is more profitable than TIL.
Thank you Shoemoney... I thought you were talking about arbitrage for adsense..Thanks for the clarification.
